Here at St Michael’s we are lucky to be part of the Esh Village Community.
We work with the Residents Association to try to address the issue of parking in the village. We ask our parents to be considerate at all times and to park safely ensuring residents can access their drives.
Each Christmas we attend a Carol Concert with the Esh Church of England School and the residents around the village Christmas tree.
We contribute to the planters around the village and have worked with residents to plant new beds.
Our children were consulted when the village playground was redesigned. Lots of our ideas were used.
We have worked with the residents association to secure a defibrillator in the village, we will be holding training for residents and parents later this year.
The school sports hall is used by the community regularly for sports clubs and a local choir. Please contact school if you would like to hire the sports hall.
We run a Parent and Toddler session in school each Tuesday morning and all are welcome.
We are currently looking into organising something for the slightly older members of the village.
